Naumovich Andrey was born on May 25, 1978 in the village of Vereiki, Volkovysk district, Grodno region.
In 1995 he graduated from the Vereykovskaya secondary school in the Volkovysk district of the Grodno region.
From 1995 to 1998 he studied at the Grodno Higher Electrotechnical Vocational School named after. I. Happy.
In the period from 1998 to 2002 he studied at the Belarusian National Technical University.
From 07/01/1995 to 09/01/1999 and from 06/29/1998 to 08/31/1998 he worked as a tractor driver at the Volkovysk state farm in the Volkovysk district of the Grodno region.
From 02.08.2002 to 04.01.2003 he worked as an inspector of the technical condition of vehicles, a senior mechanic at the branch "Bus depot No. 7" of the state enterprise "Minsktrans" in Minsk.
From 01/09/2003 to 09/31/2003 he was the leading engineer of the technical department of the DUP UE "Bus depot No. 2" in Minsk.
From 10/01/2003 to 11/05/2012 he worked as the head of the diagnostic station of the Minsktrans KTUP of the branch Bus Depot No. 2 in Minsk.
In the period from 11/06/2012 to 04/10/2018, he was the deputy director for traffic safety of the CTUE "Minsktrans" of the branch "Bus Depot No. 2" in Minsk.
From 04/11/2018 to 01/19/2021 he worked as First Deputy Director - Chief Engineer of CTUE "Minsktrans" of the branch "Bus Depot No. 2" in Minsk.
From 01/20/2021 to 01/19/2023, he was the director of the branch "Bus depot No. 2" of CTUE "Minsktrans" in Minsk.
Since May 2023, he has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Minsk Regional Committee for Natural Resources and Environmental Protection.
