Key objectives, tasks and functions:

Monitoring the preservation of state property, the proper spending of money and material values, the observance of the strictest economy.
The organization of the account of fixed assets, OP in SOS, materials, money, calculations, performance of the estimate of expenses.
Ensuring the correct documentary reflection on the accounts of the accounting of transactions related to the movement of funds, the accrual and transfer of taxes and other payments.
Taking measures to prevent shortages, wastes and other violations and abuses in financial and economic activities.
Ensuring strict observance of cash and settlement discipline, expenditure of funds received from the bank for its intended purpose, proper order of storage of accounting documents and accounting archives.
The implementation of ongoing monitoring of the timely registration of the reception and expenditure of funds and material values, the proper expenditure of the wage fund, the calculation and issuance of all types of bonuses, material assistance, compliance with established staff, official salaries, estimates and expenses.
Ensuring the timely preparation of financial statements based on the data of primary documents and accounting records, its presentation in the prescribed manner.
Participation in economic policy in the field of environmental protection and rational use of natural resources.
