Alexander Viktorovich Dobritsky was born in 1970 in the village of Pukhovichi, Pukhovichsky District, Minsk Region.
In 1992 he graduated from the Belarusian Agricultural Academy.
After graduating from the Academy from 1992 to 1995, he worked as an assistant brigadier, foreman of the collective farm named after Chapaev of the Pukhovichi district of the Minsk region.
From 1995 to 1996 - land surveyor of the executive committee of the Maryinogorsk City Council of Deputies.
From 1996 to 2003 - engineer-land surveyor of the land resources and land management department of the Pukhovichi district executive committee.
From 2004 to 2009 - chief specialist, head of land management and geodesic services of the Pukhovichi district.
From 2009 to 2010 - Chief Specialist, Head of the Land and Landscape Department of the Department of Biological Diversity of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus.
From 2011 to 2017 - Head of the Department, Head of the Department for Control over the Protection and Use of Land, Subsoil Resources, Biodiversity, Specially Protected Natural Territories of the Minsk Regional Committee of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection.
From November 2017 he was appointed deputy chairman of the Minsk Regional Committee for Natural Resources and Environmental Protection.
